About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our rehabilitation clinic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors upon arrival
  • Coordinate patient intake and scheduling
  • Assist with data entry and billing
  • Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • High degree of organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer savvy and data entry skills
