Saskatoon, Canada GFL Environmental Inc. Full time

As an integral member of our dynamic team, the Proposal Administrator will possess a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial ability. This individual will assist in the development and production of proposals submitted in the Liquid West Region (BC, AB, SK, MB). The Proposal Administrator will effectively collaborate with our Proposal Coordinators in the development of exceptional RFP’s and other related documents.

Key Accountabilities
Assists with the development of timely, high-quality and competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, etc.
Produces other deadline sensitive deliverables such as qualification packages, contractual reviews, etc.
Assists with general quotations as required
Tracks and reports proposal statistics and metrics
Develop tools and resources to elevate and streamline internal proposal needs.
Other tasks as assigned by management

**Requirements**:
Relevant University degree or diploma
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Exceptional project and time management skills with the ability to remain well-organized
Detail focused
Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
Strong graphics skills
Experience and success in working in collaborative, fast paced environment and delivering time sensitive submissions
