We are an award winning team of experts that offers a strategic mix of marketing expertise and creative innovation to everything we do. We are currently recruiting Interns interested in Experiential Engagement, Live Event Production, Entertainment Marketing for our dynamic office in Liberty Village. Be the envy of your peers this term, and work on some innovative and exciting entertainment programs throughout the US and in Canada for the biggest brands in North America. Our interns are treated like staff and leave with not just an honorarium but skills and experiences that will carry you throughout your entertainment marketing career. Join us, and get your fun onThings you will do while working with us this summer:

- Be part of the big ideas for big brands engaged in entertainment marketing **Assist with planning of client programs**:

- Be the go-to for our team on what’s new, what’s innovative, and what’s next through thoughtful research, both online and live
- Get a handle on the basics of office administrative work like meeting prep, presentations and idea sharing
- Learn some basic business finance processes including budgets, payments and reconciliations.
- Support the Account and Event/Program Teams in the planning and execution of all events in both Canada and the US
- Learn how a critical path can save your event and your sanity by maintaining and ensuring deadlines are met with clients, internal resources and suppliers
- Dig in and find some great suppliers that we can work with to enhance our big ideas because they do awesome stuff that consumers will love
- At select events, act as the Event Assistant, the Production Assistant orwhatever job is needed, and you want to do on show day
- Bring your social media skills and help us to get better at ours. Take initiative and help to build out and grow our online presence by sharing through our channels, the great stuff we do, and help us make friends along the way
- And if that is not enoughwe have more - lots morejust tell us what you want to do learn before you return to schoolor wherever your dreams will take you after you leave ent

Qualifications: You are a go-getter who can't sit still - always finding something to do, something to make better, something to share? You want to learn, and you are willing to do everything and anything. Above all, you are a multi-tasking team player who may one day want to turn these skills into a full-time job. That said, you do have some skills we need like:

- Office Suite of products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Experience using basic design tools like Canva
- Highly competent at building PowerPoint and Canva presentations
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and task flexibility
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible hours
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on a challenge Internship Timing: Flexible start dates

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 - 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
