Orchestra Marketing is a digital marketing agency in Toronto, Ontario. We are a small, hybrid remote/in-office team working with a variety of companies in Canada and the United States. We are focused on using data to help us build creative communications programs that meet our clients’ business objectives.

The Account Supervisor will take over day to day oversight of a series of our clients and internal teams. This role reports directly to the CEO, but requires collaborative work with all members of the team.

You will be overseeing between 4 to 7 clients on a daily basis, communicating with the clients re: status updates and managing approvals, updating project briefs and communicating with the team re: timelines, expectations and roles and contributing to strategy development. You will update via our project management tool (ClickUp) and will review all work prior to client delivery.

**Requirements**:

- You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in food service
- They will be able to display experience managing both clients and a team of colleagues.
- They are a self-starter and willing to step in to support all other team members.

You will need:

- A phone

Preferred knowledge
- Fluent in one south-asian language to support communications with outsourced dev teams
- Basic budget management skills and ad budget management skills
- Asana

- Social Ad Platforms
- Social Media Management Tools (Buffer, HootSuite etc.)
- Google Analytics, Monster Insights or Heap
- Wordpress CMS, Webflow, Shopify or some other content management solution

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
