We strictly require at least 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position.

As Chef de Partie part of your activities during the day will be
- Helping to maintain the correct rotation of products in stock.
- Deliver purchase orders to the Executive Chef weekly.
- Help with the inventories weekly.
- Supervision of their work team.
- Direct the work team in the preparation of food.
- Ensure the quality of the dishes prepared and the correct preparation of our recipes.
- Maintain our quality standards.
- Lead by example and keep our team motivated.

As part of the management team you have the company's benefits plan and you are part of the tip out structure.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
