**Job summary**

One year Contract*
Muraflex is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 1-year contract with the potential to become permanent. In this role you will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing activities for the 3 person Muraflex Marketing Team.

What you will be doing?*
- Support the execution of the marketing calendar for Muraflex
- Ensure departmental procedures are followed and Muraflex brand guidelines are maintained
- Lead daily team meetings
- Manage the execution of Marketing Projects and assign tasks using MS Project
- Working with our Content Creator and Graphic Artist, assist in the design and creation of marketing collateral including our social media calendars
- Track, analyze and report on key social media metrics and website performance
- Event Planning and management, specifically for trade shows.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for sale presentations, customer meetings, brand partnership pitches, internal communications, etc.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism or other creative discipline
- 3+ years of marketing experience; specifically managing small teams
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience with Adobe CC (specifically Photoshop and InDesign)
- Self-starter who works well under pressure
- Ability to work in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment with ease
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Strong project management and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects
- Experience with 3D Modeling a huge plus
- Google Analytics certification (nice to have)
