Key Account Manager

They will build long lasting relationships with both clients and internal field representatives. Account Managers act as the bridge between the field team and the client.
**Responsibilities**:
Communicating with clients; sending reports, updates, and building new projects from the ground up
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
Managing the reporting platform for field representatives; building call forms, assigning territories, updating dashboards, and data scrubbing reports
Communicating clients’ needs to a national field team of over 50 people in all major urban Canadian centers & remote locations
Creating comprehensive instructions & training materials for field representatives
Potential for travel and completing in store visits
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
This is an excellent opportunity for a new business grad to step right into management so long as they have these criteria:
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Office
- Some knowledge of media creation software to create training materials such as iMovie or another similar program
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within A&A and externally
This is a WFH (Work from Home) position with the option of coming into the office if based in the Greater Toronto Area.
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
