**What will you work on?**

The Wheels team oversees some of the most exciting toy brands in the industry Our team thrives on innovation and love for bringing exciting new toys to kids around the world. The Associate Brand Manager plays a critical role in leading day-to-day product development, driving brand strategy, and executing marketing activations to deliver business objectives and grow market share.

**How will you create impact?**
- Partner with cross functional teams (design, engineering, visual branding, finance) to execute key brand strategies and drive brand growth and profitability.
- Support all marketing activities including (but not limited to) digital media, TV and video production, social media, eCommerce, packaging, branding, public relations, and trade shows
- Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies and implement plans on new and existing brands in conjunction with Brand Manager
- Oversee both industry and public facing trade shows from planning to execution
- Lead small set of low-complexity products and assist in managing projects related to greater product development activities
- Contribute to product innovation development
- Lead research and analysis for the business unit including pricing, costing, profitability analysis, digital marketing analysis, competitive analysis, and sales analysis
- Support category and consumer research by helping to develop research materials and product samples
- Regularly analyze POS performance, competitive landscape and trends to generate new product and marketing opportunities. Leverage data to discover insights and growth opportunities for the brand, driving to commercial opportunities.
- Present new product launches to internal sales team and external partners
- Manage marketing spending within approved budget through participation in annual planning process, and ongoing tracking of spending throughout the year
- Drive critical path process, ensuring all timelines are adhered to, financial goals are achieved, and that all stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
- Partner with US sales organization to drive brand growth at retail

- Ability to effectively deliver presentations to internal and external partners.
- Domestic and International travel required at times.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.

**What are your skills and experience?**
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 2-5 years’ work experience in the consumer products industry, preferably in toy, entertainment, fashion, electronics or other pop culture products.
