Purchase Order Management Associate
This entry level position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of foundation level data in our merchandising system. The associate creates and maintains all merchandising styles (brick & mortar as well as endless aisle) and is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all purchase orders requested from the buying team. This position will work in conjunction with the Manager, Purchase Order Specialists to liaise with our internal departments and our Vendor partners, as they relate the company.

Create and maintain all merchandising styles for designated buying area within the merchandising system.
Create and maintain all merchandising purchase orders for designated buying area within the merchandising system.
Supply Chain, Planning, and Allocation; Vendor Compliance, Traffic (Imports), and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely creation of styles and purchase orders, and to facilitate timely flow of quality goods to retail locations. Daily correspondence between these teams in order to respond to queries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve opportunities.
Partner with the Ecommerce team to ensure all product data is displayed online timely and accurately.
Various administrative support functions, including clerical, reporting, and ad hoc projects for Merchandising and Supply Chain teams.

Work experience in the retail industry
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize, and prioritize workload, and complete work with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and follow up in a fast-paced environment
Strong math aptitude, data entry proficiency, and analytical skills
Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
