The bookkeeper will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Payroll
- Vendor Payments
- Recording Customer Payments
- Project Invoicing
- Service Invoicing
- Customer Account Statements
- Customer Collections
- Bill Posting
- Petty Cash Management
- Transaction Allocation
- Shareholder Transaction Posting
- Account Reconciliations
- Union Remittances - Monthly
- WSIB Remittances - Monthly
- Source Deduction Remittances - Monthly
- HST Remittances - Quarterly
- Accounts Payable Reporting - Weekly
- Accounts Receivable Reporting - Weekly
- Job Cost Reporting - Weekly
- Profit & Loss Reporting - Monthly
- Balance Sheet Reporting - Monthly

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
