**Key Duties**:

- Complete jobs using a variety of tools and equipment safely
- Power Tools, Cut-off Saws- Mobile/Heavy Equipment - Excavator, Skid Steer experience a must
- Determine and Setting Grades
- Participate in training events
- Participate in safety training and meetings
- Act as a leader on site
- Assist the field manager with the logistics of the site and job as a whole
- Labour and workflow management
- Troubleshooting- Deliveries
- Coach and train employees under direct supervision
- Use progressive discipline as required
- Enter time for all employees under direct supervision for payroll processing

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years as a heavy equipment operator
- 5000+ hours of skid steer and excavator operation - dozer experience an asset4+ years as a pipe layer
- 2+ years as a foreman or in supervisory role
- Ability to build and implement schedules
- Ability to interpret drawings
- Ability to lead and coach a team effectively
- Class 3 is an asset
- HTE is an asset

**Compensation Package**:

- $85,000-100,000 annual salary based on experience
- 4 weeks of paid time off
- 3 weeks of vacation
