**Role overview**

We are seeking an Assessment Coordinator who is creative, innovative, and eager to support a mental health clinic in reaching their goal of supporting folks in need of assessment and/or therapy services. As an Assessment Coordinator, your role is pivotal in adding to a welcoming and warm environment, supporting clinicians and the clinic, with an emphasis on supporting assessment services.

**A day in the life**
- Book clients in for consultations, assessments, and feedbacks.
- Support in creating and developing assessment calendars.
- Support in creating assessment related documents (such as “how to’s” for clients).
- Download, save, and prepare questionnaires for clinical team.
- Follow-up with clients as needed to ensure all relevant documents are complete/submitted before initial clinical interview.
- Send password protected assessment related documents to clients, following assessment completion.
- Order assessment equipment, protocols, and questionnaires.
- Adhere to PHIPA guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
- Support the Office Coordinator in general administrative tasks.
- Adhere to the clinic policies and procedures.
- Support in other duties as assigned.

**What you bring to the team**
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- MS Office skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- The ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the clinic
- A froward thinking and collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of the Jane App is an asset
- Report editing experience is an asset
- A passion for supporting folks in their mental health journey

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
