**What will I be doing?**

As a **Concierge**, you would be responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit, including but not limited to welcoming Guests upon entrance and confirm reservations, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity, booking tours and making restaurant reservations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding Guest service and financial profitability. The Concierge is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and ensuring guests feel cared for, valued and respected.

**Please note: This is a Part-Time, Seasonal position.**

**Skills**
- Previous experience in Guest service is required
- Experience working in a high-volume hotel environment is an asset-not a requirement
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills with a proficiency in English language, to communicate verbally and in writing with guests and team members
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and positive presence
- Ability to modify personal delivery as appropriate to diverse Guest experiences
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times
- Pleasant and courteous telephone manner
- Strong Computer Skills

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to able all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
