At Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa, we are currently seeking an outgoing individual who can execute exemplary customer service and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty in our Concierge Lounge. Our Concierge Attendant serves as the guest's liaison for both hotel and non-hotel services, and is a key role in ensuring guests receive the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Supervise the Concierge Lounge, providing top-notch service to our Elite and VIP Guests.
- Ensure breakfast, snacks, and hors d'oeuvres are available during set times, replenished regularly and the buffet area is kept clean and sanitized.
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
- Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
- Ensure Concierge lounge is cleaned and restocked for the next shift.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- **QUALIFICATIONS**_:

- Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience in a performance driven environment, preferably in Hospitality.
- Outstanding attention to detail - both personal grooming/appearance and in properly identifying guest’s needs, demeanor, and level of required service attention.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, regardless of issue, while performing multiple tasks with multiple guests, items and/or products.
- Post-secondary education in Hospitality from a recognized institution preferred.
- Exceptional guest service and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must (multilingual a plus).
- Flexible with scheduling and able to work a variety of shifts - mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
- Skilled in the use of computers and software programs such as Windows, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office.
- Smart Serve Certification is required.

**Salary**: $17.75 per hour
