**Reporting Relationship**: This position report directly to the General Manager.

**Job Summary**:
The Commercial Account Manager is an ambitious sales professional who builds and establishes rapport with commercial accounts, while providing options for managing their fleet of vehicles. The Commercial Account Manager works with medium and large commercial accounts, sole proprietors and small businesses to provide financing, leasing, outfitting and accessories, as well as securing the after-sales service and parts business with the clients.

50% of your business will be provided by the dealership, while 50% will be from prospecting businesses in the dealership market area. You will supply their vehicle fleet needs, Sales, Parts and Service, as will work closely with the Fleet Service Advisor and Wholesale Parts Manager for continued support after the sale.

Vehicle Fleet consists of cars, SUVs, cargo and passenger vans, ½ ton trucks, to 1-ton cabin chassis trucks. You will be responsible for the direct sale of vehicles and/or leasing and financing, outfitting vehicles to the client’s needs as well as managing the service and parts relationship with the client.

You will be provided with all the required resources and support to build your own business while participating in an industry-leading compensation structure. Your success will derive from your ability to generate and develop new vendor/client business relations.

The role is best suited for those who thrive in an independent environment, have an existing network of contacts and/or clients with automotive fleet needs, and relish the freedom of controlling your own schedule with the opportunity to earn an unlimited income.

**Qualifications**:

- Vehicle Sales and Leasing experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple transactions, work independently, and research and resolve complex problems.
- Post secondary in business or have operated a business.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 2 Years of Outside Sales Experience; or 2 Years of Automotive Sales Experience
- Experience as a Financial Services Manager would be an asset but not required

**Compensation**:

- Opportunity to earn a six-figure income.
- Company vehicle, corporate gas and expense cards will be provided.
- You will receive admin support for cheque handling, invoice prep and delivery of vehicles.
