The project manager - specialized delivery will be responsible for managing specific projects within their designated team. They will work closely with the specialized delivery team and other team members to ensure the successful execution of the projects. This will encompass the identification, evaluation, and selection of the most efficient and effective approaches to construct, integrate, and operate the railway infrastructure and associated components. It involves meticulous planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to achieve project objectives while adhering to safety standards, quality requirements, and time constraints.

- Deliver a portfolio of programmes and/or projects.
- Implement an assurance framework and KPIs for programme management activities.
- Develop and implement relevant programme management standards, processes and procedures.
- Develop and deliver a specific programme/project on time, to budget and to other agreed success criteria, within corporate guidelines.
- Develop the capability and professional development of staff within the programme and project management teams.

You’ll need to have:

- Excellent interpersonal, management and communication skills.
- Substantial proven experience in programme management.
- Excellent knowledge of programme and project controls processes and systems.
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams to achieve high performance.
- Proven ability to work with senior industry stakeholders to understand their requirements.
