**Program Supervisor**
**(contract until March 31, 2025)**:
JIAS Toronto is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to helping immigrants with resettlement in the Greater Toronto Area. JIAS Toronto assists lawfully admitted immigrants and refugees in meeting basic financial, social, legal, and other requirements of immigration. We work to advance the well-being and social integration of newcomers by providing a full range of outreach, support, counseling, training, and referral resources.
We are seeking a **Program Supervisor **who will lead and manage group programs for Community Connections and Information & Orientation. You will supervise coordinators, manage program logistics, and build partnerships with other organizations. This role is ideal for a leader experienced in program management and team supervision within the non-profit sector.
- _This is a full time contract position until March 31, 2025 covering a maternity leave outside of the bargaining unit._
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead and oversee the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of all JIAS group programs, ensuring alignment with the agency’s mission and strategic goals.
- Manage group community programs for newcomer children, youth, adults, families, and seniors, ensuring their quality and sustainability.
- Supervise program coordinators, providing guidance and support in program delivery and professional development.
- Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives that drive program success and growth.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, ensuring timely reporting to funders and stakeholders.
- Develop innovative, complementary programs to meet the changing needs of clients.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key service providers, including JF&CS, JVS, Kehilla, and others to enhance program delivery and collaboration.
- Endure program compliance with funder requirements, including quality assurance and reporting.
- Lead collaborative projects with partner agencies.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, social services, education, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in program development, evaluation, and supervision.
- Proven expertise in program management, including budget oversight, grant reporting, and partnership development.
- Strong understanding of non-profit sector and experience working with diverse client populations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, databases (Salesforce an asset), ZOOM, MailChimp, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Fluency in languages relevant to the Agency’s client base (e.g. Hebrew, Russian, Arabic, Tigrinya, Farsi) is an asset.
**Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000**
