**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a Compliance Associate to join our Compliance team for a 6 month contract.

This role can be mostly remote, however we will on occasion require you to come onsite to our office at 1111 West Georgia St, Vancouver, BC.

Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Dev, Policy & Investigations the Compliance Associate will focus on service complaint investigations.

**What your day looks like**:

- Documenting and tracking client complaints
- Monitoring the team inbox and assigning to team members as appropriate
- Investigate client service complaints to completion
- Assist with updating complaint handling procedure documents

**Requirements**:
**Your experience and skills**:

- Excellent comprehension of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational, time management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication skills, (accurate, clear and concise)
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
