**Sales Development Representative**

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying prospects for the sales team. This role combines independent market development and research with support of an AI system (Zoom Info, Kular, LinkedIn, etc.). The SDR also contributes to managing the AI system, ensuring its effectiveness in generating quality leads.

**Daily Tasks and Responsibilities**

**Increase Brand Awareness**: Foster awareness of our services by introducing them directly to potential prospects in identified areas.

**Lead Generation through Direct Outreach**: Actively connect with prospects through personalized interactions to spark interest in our services and educate them on the benefits.
- Identify prospect's needs, suggesting appropriate solutions
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Use personalized and strategic messaging to capture interest and establish relationships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of prospects’ goals, challenges, and needs.

**Pipeline Management**:Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Provide timely reporting to the VP of Sales and Service on lead activity, conversion rates, and progress toward goals.
- Keep detailed records of all communications in the CRM system to ensure follow-up and efficient prospect tracking.
- Monitor scheduled appointments and assist in rescheduling as needed.

**Initiate Conversations in Targeted Areas**: Identify potential prospects.
- Craft and perfect your pitch to increase your success with prospects.
- Provide prospects with service knowledge and information building a sense of trust
- Assist with any questions regarding our services
- Communicate effectively in a professional environment

**Qualify Leads**: Determine the level of interest and suitability of prospects for services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their fit and readiness for further engagement.
- Qualify prospects using established criteria and transition them to the sales team with detailed handoff notes.
- Arrange face-to-face meetings/presentations between qualified prospects and the sales team.

**AI System Optimization**:

- Collaborate with management and vendors to ensure the AI system operates effectively.
- Monitor AI system outputs and flag any discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
- Stay informed about updates and best practices for maximizing the AI system’s capabilities.

**Qualifications.**
- Formal education; diploma or degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Previous experience in sales, client services, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and evaluate potential prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
- Technologically savvy; highly proficient with Windows Software, Microsoft Office, and with a willingness to learn and manage AI tools.

- Number of qualified prospects generated through independent research and AI-supported tools.
- Conversion rate from prospect to client.
- Effectiveness in managing and optimizing lead generation.
- Actively seeks and responds to feedback, demonstrating measurable growth and improved performance.

**Salary**:$50,000-$60,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions.
