**As our HR Coordinator, you will**:

- Partner with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of hiring needs and
- Responsible for foreign workers recruitment program
- Responsible for onboarding of new employees, first day training and follow up (Day 1, Week 1, Month 1 etc.)
- Maintain career page and responsible for HR branding on social media
- Develop and promote LUDA Employer Brand by participating in job fairs and networking events and by creating recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain the social media Calendar ; as well as internal social calendar; employee birthdays, service anniversaries, special events
- HR representative on Health and Safety Committee, support all projects and follow through including Annual Health and Safety week
- Responsible of administration of all internal training programs; pay per skill as well as regulated food safety program.

You are bilingual and have strong communication skills. Knowledge of marketing, sales, and Recruitment an asset. Knowledge of MS Office suite and social media is required.

**En tant que Coordinateur des RH, vous devrez**:

- Être responsable du programme de recrutement des travailleurs étrangers.
- Être responsable de l'intégration des nouveaux employés, de la formation du premier jour et du suivi (jour 1, semaine 1, mois 1, etc.).
- Gérer la page carrière et être responsable de la marque employeur sur les médias sociaux.
- Développer et promouvoir la marque employeur de LUDA en participant à des salons de l'emploi et des événements de réseautage et en créant des campagnes de recrutement.
- Gérer le calendrier des médias sociaux ainsi que le calendrier social interne ; anniversaires des employés, anniversaires de service, événements spéciaux.
- Être le représentant RH au sein du Comité de Santé et Sécurité, soutenir tous les projets et assurer le suivi, y compris la semaine annuelle de la Santé et Sécurité.
- Être responsable de l'administration de tous les programmes de formation internes ; rémunération par compétence ainsi que le programme réglementé de sécurité alimentaire.

Vous êtes bilingue et avez de solides compétences en communication. Des connaissances en marketing, vente et recrutement sont un atout. La maîtrise de la suite MS Office et des médias sociaux est requise.

Pay: $35,858.83-$48,000.00 per year
