As an Talent Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources operations and support the Talent team in day-to-day activities. This role offers exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions, providing valuable insight into the field of human resources.
What You'll Do:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, schedules, and orientation materials.
- Help facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records and personnel files.
Employee Relations:
- Aid in resolving employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback.
- Collaborate with HR team members on employee engagement initiatives and events.
Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangement.
- Support the tracking and documentation of employee training and development activities.
HR Administration:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Help maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
What You'll Need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
