**THE ROLE**

**Start Date: ASAP**

As an **Accounts Payable Administrator**, you will:

- Enter pertinent data relating to each invoice in Yardi Elevate including GL coding as it relates to each condominium corporation’s budget.
- Setting up vendor codes in Yardi for new vendors
- Setting up vendor banking information for EFT payments in Yardi and banking information verification with existing and vendors.
- Assist with the weekly cheque runs and ensuring they are mailed out promptly
- Retrieve utility invoices from utility provider online portals and assist with importing utility bills into Yardi Elevate.
- Work with Property Accountants to get utility bills set up on pre-authorized payment for condominium corporations that have adequate cash flow.
- Any other duties or projects as assigned.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1-3 years of administrative and/or accounting experience is required, preferably in Accounts Payable
- Post-Secondary education or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
- High aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and deadline driven work ethic
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Access to a vehicle in working condition preferred
- Experience in the condominium or residential management industry preferred
- A hungry, enthusiastic, growth orientated person with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Open to ideas, willing to ask for help, flexible, thinks outside the box, proactive and able to admit when a mistake is made, and learn from the experience
