**What will you do?**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a major brand retail program.
- Lead, coach and develop a field team driving field sales in and at retail.
- Visit stores during key selling days to observe sales team, provide coaching and mentorship.
- Communicate weekly targets to the sales team, track progress and coach for success.
- Develop strong client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage program budgets/expenses and operational plans.
- Visualize, implement and execute big ideas on a regular basis.
- Develop and lead motivational team meetings on a regular basis.
- Continually work with team to drive real-time program changes, optimize performance, create efficiencies, improve sales conversations and drive superior customer satisfaction.

**How will you succeed?**
- Driving operational excellence.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the client and your team.
- Analyzing field sales data for opportunities to grow within retail.
- Have strong organization skills.
- Leveraging your consumer electronics acumen.

**What experience should you have?**
- 5 years management in retail, retail operations, and/or business development.
- Experience managing a remote team.
- Field Sales
- University/College Degree in Business Management or related field
