**Job Summary**

Digital Order Management is a business product critical to the day-to-day interactions with retail pharmacy and institutional customers. The product includes the wholesale catalogue, ability to order, complete returns, promotions, manage financial information, receive communications, and manage locations. Working in close collaboration across the organization and McKesson Technology, this role will be responsible for implementing the roadmap and the day-to-day product activities.

**What you will do**:

- You will become fully entrenched in the McKesson Retail / Institutional customer business, including customer needs / desires, business understanding, and knowledge of processes internally and with customers
- You will communicate the product vision and needs of the business to the McKesson Technology Product Management & Development teams
- Lead requirements gathering, and the consultations with internal stakeholders and customer needs
- Involved in the business modelling and potential impacts to the product strategy and working internally and with partners to drive the business goals and customer success
- Document user stories and new features for implementations
- Participate in creating prototypes, mock-ups, and work with Product UX/Design
- Maintain and refine the product backlog with the McKesson Technology Product Manager, work with the product team in their practices and participate in the estimation of user stories
- Attend scrum meetings, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Attend iteration demos
- You will leverage existing tools and identify new tools to support the engagement with McKesson Technology development teams, and partners.
- Participate in customer, internal, and competitive research
- Participate in product useability research with customers and internal stakeholders
- You will become a domain expert and advocate for the customer, and also that of internal stakeholders to establish a superior customer experience through digital order management practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as design, privacy, security, account management/sales, procurement, communications, engineering, analytics, product development and other business stakeholders in the development and continued progression of the product roadmap and journey
- Write acceptance criteria and participate in the acceptance of the product enhancements
- Participate in defining goals and KPIs.
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis when making key product decisions.
- Demonstrate the latest iterations to internal stakeholders and customers to gather their feedback.

**Position Requirements**
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Working knowledge of product development architectures
- Experience in agile environments
- Ability to work independently and self-manage the unknowns
- A self-starter with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Customer experience centric mindset focused on improving customer journey
- Essential communication skills; both verbal and written, an asset if in French and English
- Strong communicator with ability to clearly communicate product vision and expected outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and various levels across internal groups and various customer types
- Strong interpersonal relationships
- Professionalism, confidentiality and good judgment to work on projects at all levels of the organization
