**Invigilator for Exams on Computer**
- **Burnaby** (near Patterson Station)
- **Coquitlam **(near Lincoln Station)
- **Richmond **(near Aberdeen Station)
- **Vancouve** (near Granville and Waterfront Stations)

Shifts are available **weekdays** and **weekends**, typically from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM or from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Successful applicants must be available to attend paid training (date TBA).

Rate of pay starts at $18.54 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay (total $19.28) with pay increases, as per the following hours worked:

- 0-750: $18.54 + 4% vacation pay
- 751-1500: $19.06 + 4% vacation pay
- 1501-2000: $19.57 + 4% vacation pay
- 2001+: $20.09 + 4% vacation pay

**Responsibilities**
- Setting up the test venue and distributing test materials
- Greeting and registering test takers
- Administering tests using computers
- Delivering scripted instructions in a clear manner to test takers
- Invigilating test takers and ensuring the integrity of the test
- Escorting test takers to and from the test room as needed
- Reporting any malpractice or suspicious activities to the administrators
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment

**Preferred Requirements**
- Previous work experience in invigilating exams or working in events.
- Respect for confidentiality and security protocols.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot computers
- Customer-care skills and fairness
- Strong communications skills in English (IELTS band score 7.0 or above)
- Must be legally able to work in Canada

- Metro Vancouver Regional District, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
