- Ability to defuse customer grievances
- A high aptitude for time management

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Proficient in proofreading materials for accuracy

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
