**We’re excited to announce openings for Full-Time and Part-Time Breakfast Associate Join our team to provide an exceptional breakfast experience and uphold our high standards for our valued guests.**

Microtel Inn & Suites, managed by Sparrow Hotels and owned by Long Plain First Nation, is situated on the Keeshkeemaquah Reserve near Portage La Prairie. This 75-room hotel features complimentary breakfast, a pool with a waterslide, a hot tub, and a fitness center. It also offers meeting space for up to 60 guests and houses Kookums Korner & Market. Guests can enjoy scenic views of Crescent Lake and are conveniently located near the Keesh Gaming Centre and the National Indigenous Residential School Museum of Canada.

**Job Overview**
The Breakfast Associate is responsible for maintaining the breakfast area to ensure guest comfort and enjoyment. This role upholds our commitment to 100% guest satisfaction, and quality assurance standards.

**Duties**:
1. Meet and greet guests - create a warm and welcoming environment

2. Ensure the breakfast area is always clean, free of debris, and all equipment is in working order

3. Maintain the satisfaction of all guests by ensuring all breakfast items are stocked at all times.

4. Display all food items in accordance with brand standards and in a manner that will ensure guest satisfaction

5. Write maintenance notices for all equipment in need of attention, repair or replacement

6. Record inventory items to ensure proper ordering is completed

**What you bring to the table**:
1. Previous restaurant serving experience is required.

2. A positive and hardworking attitude.

3. Ability to effectively communicate with team members.

4. The ability to stay focused in a high volume, fast-paced industry and ensure accuracy and procedures are followed.

**Must be available to work very early morning shifts, starting at 5:30am during the week and 6:30am on the weekends.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
