**Required Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree in business**, Management Operations, Engineering, or related fields.
- **3-5 years of experience** in Operational Consulting.
- **At least two years of experience** as a Project Manager in a team-based environment.
- Strong **analytical and mathematical skills** with the ability to track savings and performance improvements.
- Experience identifying and delivering additional revenue opportunities as a Project Lead.

**Preferred Skills and Capabilities**
- Proficiency in the **MS Suite**, including creating compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
- Experience utilizing **Power BI** for analytics and reporting.
- Outstanding **communication and presentation skills** (oral and written).
- Proven experience in **training** and **coaching** at supervisory and mid-management levels, as well as senior and executive management.
- Strong **leadership skills**, with a focus on fostering team growth and building a collaborative environment.
- **Bilingual** (English/French/Spanish).
- Certifications in **PROSCI/Change Management** and **Continuous Improvement** methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM).
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with **JIT, MRP, SAP, CMMS, ERP** systems.
- Experience in **Supply Chain** and **Inventory Management.**

**Additional Requirements**
- Ability to **travel weekly** as part of the role.
- A valid **driver’s license** and **passport** (Canadian/U.S.).
