**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**

As a Customer Service Representative/Content Moderator (VR), you will**:

- Resolve technical issues
- Fix billing problems
- Ensure content on social media pages are appropriate and safe
- Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Content Moderator role include:

- 1-2 years’ experience in Managing Customers Experience, Policy operations, Content Moderation
- You MUST live in the Chilliwack Area
- Active user of Social Media awareness of current trends on web. Awareness of current debates within Content Moderation
- i.e. hate speech versus free speech, content moderation policies for major platforms, election influencing
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Full and open availability for scheduling within hours of operation (24/7)
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Must be organized, have ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, possess critical reasoning skills, communicate effectively, and focused on customer service
- Background clearance
