TEAM Auctions is currently seeking a self motivated, independent sales Rep for Medicine Hat and the surrounding area to represent TEAM Auctions by procuring new business while also handling our already established clients.

Team Auctions, formerly-known as Sekura Auctions, has been operating for over 50 years. We are a fast-growing auction company, servicing On-Site, Real-Estate, Industrial, and Farm Auctions, with units capable of doing auction sales anywhere

We sell everything from Real Estate, Industrial, Farming, Heavy Trucks, Transport, Recreational, and much more — throughout Western Canada, BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.

We offer internet bidding, appraisals, and custom auction proposals to meet your specific challenges.

Team Auction's main office is in Drayton Valley, Alberta. We have 4 locations total (Taber, Drayton Valley, Fairview, and Kamloops, BC). Our low commission rates and aggressive marketing strategies help our customers sell and buy items successfully. Team Auctions is proud to have won awards for "Best Marketing Website".

**Duties**
- Over see all customer service operations
- Oversee all of the Yard and off-Site duties
- Audit all sales & work done by employees reporting into them
- Assist all positions
- Company procedures
- Company systems (Auctions Mobility, Auction Flex, asset spreadsheet & Salesforce)
- Company Templates
- Making sure that all operations run smoothly and align with quality standards
- Overseeing accounting, bank processes and money handling, monitoring the financial data and recommending solutions to improve profitability
- Creating strategies and policies for company growth
- Implementing plans and procedures regarding stock losses and theft
- Employing means to keep company costs down
- Conducting staff performance reviews and motivating staff
- Managing market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and company goals
- Achieving better business practices
- Defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization
- Developing and executing new growth directives
- Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs
- Working with the human resources department to develop and implement staff evaluation parameters
- Liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance
- Keeping track of the company’s revenue margins and conduct budget reviews to maximize profits
- Overseeing client support services
- Managing procurement and resource allocation

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
