We are a HACCP-certified formal Asian food factory. We are looking for an experienced Order Desk Coordinator / Customer Service for business development.

Key Responsibility:

- Communicate promptly and accurately with customers regarding order progress and delivery schedules.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Ensure order pricing and shipments align with company policies and meet customer needs.
- Manage the return process efficiently.
- Process change orders, cancellations, and price validations.
- Assist customers with exchanging necessary documents and provide required information.
- Verify and record customer documents and orders according to corporate policies.
- Issue official Order Acceptances and Sales Order Acknowledgements to customers.
- Take proactive responsibility for processing each customer order accurately and promptly.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Order Desk and Customer Service processes.
- Understand production processes to provide precise responses to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in an order desk role
- At least 1 year of experience with inventory management systems.
- At least 1 year of shipping experience; familiarity with frozen logistics processes is beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency with office software systems and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong customer focus skills, ensuring exceptional service for internal B2B sales representatives.
- Assertive when business needs demand, with effective and savvy communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
- Professional attitude with a dedication to principles of continuous improvement.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Excellent command of both English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
