**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**We have an opportunity for a Chief People and Culture Officer to join our award-winning firm in the Vancouver**
**head office.**
Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the role of Chief People and Culture Officer is a functional and
strategic thought leader who directs all aspects of the firm’s people initiatives and programs to support the overall
business strategy.
The role is responsible for partnering with the business to design, develop and implement strategies that will attract,
engage and develop team members in alignment with the firm’s purpose, values and envisioned future.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is a key contributor to developing the roadmap for the future
of the organization.
The position acts as an advisor to the President and CEO and other executives on people and culture trends.

executing change management strategies.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Identify, design and implement initiatives and programs that support and enable team members to thrive and
perform at optimal levels in an environment that is respectful and fun:
- Oversee all stages of the employee experience including talent acquisition, talent development and talent
care in alignment with the firm’s purpose, values and envisioned future
- Lead the development of a roadmap for people and culture initiatives to support an employee experience
that can’t easily be replicated
- Ensure the firm’s strategy, core purpose and values are clearly communicated and embedded across all
initiatives and programs that influence and impact the employee experience
- Ensure the compensation and rewards strategy and structures are aligned with the growth strategy and are
reflective of an increasingly competitive landscape
