As we continue to expand our presence in Canada and the USA, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Delivery and Onboarding to join our team.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of delivery and implementation specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of delivery methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and seamless handoff of client engagements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on delivery performance metrics, client satisfaction, and project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory. Spanish language skills are considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a client-facing delivery or implementation capacity.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in the POS or restaurant industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
