We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate agents with essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day operations, document management, supporting our real estate agents with administrative tasks, development and assisting with marketing materials.

In the realm of real estate, we navigate through three key areas: sales, operations, and marketing, each carrying its own significance. As our team is in its early stages, there's an expectation for more responsibilities, development, and growth. Take a look at the outlined responsibilities below that will entail your job description

**Operations**

Your role hinges on the day-to-day operations, serving as the foundation for our collective success. Without well-organized operations, things can quickly unravel. In these initial stages, some developmental work is necessary to ensure a smooth trajectory for the team.
- Daily Tasks
- Managing tasks for each transaction
- Uploading Paperwork
- Uploading listings to matrix
- Open House Flyers and brochures
- Deal intake forms
- Weekly Meetings
- Development of CRM
- Listing Copywriting (MLS descriptions, youtube captions, video scripts, etc.)

**Marketing**
- Social Media Cold Content (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedln, Google, Tiktok, Youtube)
- Collaborate with the marketing team on coordinating additional posts.
- Website Development and maintenance
- Monthly Blog

**Sales**
- Developing Leads
- Implement and manage CRM to keep track of leads and clients.
- Maintaining client relationships
- Support Staff: including managing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. This frees up the agent's time to focus on sales.
- Providing overall assistance and support for various aspects that may arise in the dynamic realm of real estate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

**Benefits**:
