**Overall Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**:

- Ensure adequate spare parts, efficient flow, and the timely shipment of product to meet the daily
production requirements.
- Ensure that the Capability and Performance targets of all Manufacturing Processes are met through
efficient downtime analysis and predictive maintenance.
- Assist with increasing product profitability through the continual improvement of manufacturing and
work processes.
- Provide manufacturing and technical knowledge and skills to support all aspects of production ensuring
profitable, on-time, quality product to customers while maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
- In conjunction with the Production Manager, plan and process product flow for the Woodstock plant
including the maintenance of the MRP system as well as Maintenance Connection
- Manage and Maintain WCM Pillars for autonomous maintenance
- In conjunction with the engineering department determine prototype scheduling based on customer
requirements.
- Provide additional support with scheduling and implementation of the Preventive Maintenance
programs.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of changes to machinery and equipment and any
associated scheduling requirements in conjunction with the Production and Engineering teams.
- Assist with scheduling and implementation of Continuous Improvement projects in conjunction with
the Production and Engineering Managers.
- Provide training to co-workers and help maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Best Practices and
Job Safe Practices to ensure the transfer of knowledge to others.
- Manage Preventative Maintenance for the team, report out monthly on the results and
accomplishments
- Fulfill all Health and Safety & Environmental responsibilities as identified in the Canadian HSE Management
Standards, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
- Ensure QMS conforms to the requirements identified in IATF 16949 and AMTB Process Map.
- Fulfill all responsibilities as identified in the Employee Handbook.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills, Requirements, and Personal Traits**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead cross functional teams
- Proactive in learning and development activities
- Proven ability to work with and develop people.
- Experience working in the automotive industry is required.
