Job Description

Total Maintenance Solution is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role

This role involves managing a team of maintenance professionals, coordinating projects, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to different locations. You will be required to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
