**Job Responsibilities (include but is not limited to)**:

- Follow the schedule and calendar assignments
- Prepare and develop documents, processes, forms, reports, etc.
- Clerical duties including filing, sorting, and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service and conduct oneself with professional behaviours with fellow employees and clients
- Must be able to follow through on tasks on time with deadlines
- Work under the supervision and direction of the direct Leader while assisting with full cycle bookkeeping
- Pull, generate, and be able to read financial reports (i.e., profit and loss)
- Perform payroll, ROE's, T4's for a variety of different sized companies on different software programs
- Government remittance (i.e., HST, WSIB)
- Recording cash and cheque payments and making bank deposits
- Ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy of financial and proprietary information (Signing of a confidentiality agreement is a requirement)
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Customer billing and collection calls as assigned
- Be prepared for periodic checks and balances performed internally as part of management's due diligence
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience of principles for full cycle transaction bookkeeping (i.e., debit/credit, general ledger)
- Experience and knowledge of GAAP
- Experience processing payroll and using applicable software programs
- Knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel in particular)
- Eager to learn and strong ability to retain information and instructions
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Time management skills to be able to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of tasks
- Prioritize work as assigned by Leader
- Flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking skills to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change
- Works well in a team environment and independently
- Looking to grow and build with a progressive company

*Wage is negotiable based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
