**R O L E**

**R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S**
- Drive the execution of the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, revenue and engagement online and offline profitably
- Develop the marketing calendar and promotional campaigns
- Work with the CEO to effectively execute product launches from drafting product copy to assisting with product setup, and campaign execution
- Assist with planning, prepping and executing photoshoots for product launches and content creation
- Ensure our brand is aligned with B Corp values and our creative standards and brand voice
- Coordinate social media channels, including liaising with freelancers on social, analytics, and supporting content creation for paid and unpaid social
- Develop out our Influencer program, including cultivating of new relationships, strategy and content rights negotiations and working with our communications team
- Coordinate periodic in-person pop-up event execution and virtual events
- Coordinate the SMS channel including new ideas for customer retention and acquisition
- Develop our Retention and Loyalty programs
- Work with our Ecommerce Specialist to execute website content and merchandising, ensuring the website is up-to-date and optimized for conversion and providing a best in class customer experience
- Oversee Facebook community management, ensuring our brand is represented positively and effectively
- Oversee our resale platforms - growth, engagement and expansion
- Oversee PR execution, including identifying opportunities for media coverage and building relationships with journalists and influencers
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, ensuring marketing efforts are driving the desired results
- Work with Customer research to determine new customer insights and build into the marketing and design plan
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and growth objectives
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as required by CEO

**R E Q U I R E M E N T S**
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
- 2-3+ years Experience in eCommerce
- Bachelor's or College degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Marketing or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana, Google Suite, Canva and other digital marketing tools
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale and others to gain insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
