Inside Sales/ Lead Generator

**Position: Inside Sales/ Lead Generator**
Reporting to the Sales Director, this person will acquire viable opportunities to generate prospective business related to our foam product line. They will serve as key point of contact between the client and sales team, as they will also handle walk-in clients and incoming inquiries.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Researching the industry and evaluating opportunities to supply the sales team with leads.
- Regularly contacting prospective clients through appropriate points of contact.
- Understanding client needs and routing them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Administrating lead campaigns to attract clients through marketing channels.
- Assisting walk-in clients and following-up with existing clients.
- Staying up to date on our products and the polyurethane industry.
- Other sales related administrative duties to assist the sales team.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- 3 years of relevant experience as an Inside Sales/ Lead Generator, or in a similar position related to the manufacturing industry. Knowledge of the polyurethane industry is an asset.
- Ability to analyze data and clearly input it.
- Exceptional verbal and written customer service in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Professionalism within all aspect of the job.
