E/i Turnaround Planner

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop detailed turnaround plans for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Coordinate scheduling and execution of E/I maintenance and upgrades.
- Work with teams to allocate resources, labor, and materials efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical/instrumentation codes.
- Monitor turnaround progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, schedules, and progress reports.
- Provide updates on project performance to key stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Red Seal Electrician or Instrumentation Technician; equivalent qualifications such as a Technical Diploma, University Degree, or comparable education will also be considered.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Planning certification or leadership experience is an asset.
- Experience with CMMS and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Proven expertise in Electrical and Instrumentation Planning in industrial environments, budgeting, and estimation.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
