**The Opportunity**

Tundra Process Solutions is currently looking for an **Operations Coordinator** in our Lloydminster, AB Branch. This role will be responsible for supporting the day to day operations of both the office and warehouse.

**The Role**

- Sorting and managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Billing
- Administrative functions including (but not limited to):

- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting clients
- Invoicing
- Creating projects in M3
- Time and attendance tracking
- Warehousing Functions including (but not limited to):

- Coordinating shipping
- Final order inspections
- Inventory transfers within the ERP system
- Picking parts
- Maintaining and contributing to a safety-forward environment
