As the Knowledge Specialist, you’ll continue to drive the design and adoption of solutions that would allow for sharing, accessing and preserving knowledge across the company. You will help build a culture of continuous learning and instill a growth mindset across the organization. You will be a vital consultant and cross-functional partner with an opportunity to drive value and create knowledge structures across our business. You’ll be able to create strategies and guidelines for what and how knowledge is captured, by whom and how it integrates with the rest of the organization.

**The Role**
- Define and implement the knowledge management strategy for Neo’s knowledge base and maintain high quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level
- Manage, enhance, and set the direction of the Knowledge Management Framework.
- Develop a robust road map strategy for implementing knowledge management that builds upon industry best practices and leverages Neo’s tools and processes.
- Create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for enterprise use throughout the knowledge lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and manage programs related to knowledge management.
- Deploy training, communications, and awareness programs related to knowledge management.
- Create and review KPIs for adoption, usage of knowledge, and summarize benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for the organization.
- Assist with resource planning as applicable to strengthen and expand KM initiatives.
- Identify ways to improve the current knowledge management system.
- Develop new programs and solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with team members to capture new knowledge that can be stored in the knowledge base.
- Understand and recognize key challenges/roadblocks to cultural change and develop effective programs to drive adoption and improve Neo’s knowledge value.
- Encourage a knowledge-sharing culture across the organization.
- Conducting evaluation strategies to gauge the knowledge program effectiveness and return on investment

**Who we're looking for**
- You have proven experience building a knowledge management strategies and programs, ideally in a digitally focused organization
- You’re able to develop best information architecture practices to empower each organization within Neo with the ability to meet their unique needs
- You’re experienced working with technologies such as KMS/LMS, content authoring tools, engagement and analytics platforms, LXP
- You have experience leading in a learning organization, including creating engaging and interactive learning curriculums and portfolios of solutions
