**We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team.**

This role will support the Centre Manager in the daily operations of the centre. You will motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for making sure that all centre policies, procedures, and controls are followed and coordinates and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work among team members. Their primary goal is to ensure that the team provides exceptional guest service and the centre operates efficiently and effectively.

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service
- Be aware of all promotions, specials and current pricing
- Establish high standards for guest service
- Organize and coordinate all people and operations
- Motivate and coach team members, shift leaders and assistant managers
- Assist in hiring and developing the team including shift leaders and manager
- Evaluate team performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Develop corrective action plans and disciplinary plans for team members
- Attend all management meetings, team meetings and training opportunities
- Develop and assign tasks to team members, oversees completion
- Provide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shifts as appropriate
- Work closely with event sales manager to ensure flawless events
- Work closely with the restaurant hospitality manager to ensure that the centre is functioning in all capacities
- Collaborate with management team to create and implement sales goals and contests
- Work closely with other management to achieve revenue goals and meet budget standards
- Ensure adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence and completes all systems and checklists
- Create action plans and reports for senior management
- Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
- Provides resolutions for guest and team member issues
- Communicate with shift leaders and managers
- Assume the role of the centre manager, when the centre manager is away from the centre
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- management: 3 years (preferred)
- hospitality: 3 years (preferred)

- Serve It Right Saskatchewan (preferred)
