**SALARY RANGE**: $85,000.00 Per Annum

**POSITION TYPE**:Full-time, **Temporary 20-Month Contract**

**LOCATION**: Saskatoon

**ACCOUNTABLE TO**:Deputy Chief, Infrastructure and/or designate

**Brief Overview**:

- Under the direction of the MN-S Deputy Chief of Infrastructure, and/or designate the Infrastructure Project Manager will provide experienced community infrastructure knowledge and advise on the development of Métis Infrastructure Projects in Saskatchewan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work in collaboration with Regional Directors and community leaders in designing and executing Métis Housing and Infrastructure Projects.
- Developing written technical reports and engage in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
- Building and retaining partnerships with a network of Multijurisdictional Governments.
- Navigate and facilitate Infrastructure development with MN-S Regions.
- Researching, formulating, and recommending innovative ways to increase infrastructure opportunities for Métis communities.
- As an Infrastructure team member, contributing to the creation and continued improvement of data collection processes.
- Work in collaboration with internal and external project managers and technical leads to develop and review full project scopes of work, deliverables, cost budgets, schedules for project proposals, and change management.
- Project delivery and reporting at all levels from feasibility to closure.
- Assist in developing procurement and tender packages and specification packages for MN-S construction projects.
- Review project plans and determine design feasibilities and constraints.
- Other duties assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Business Administration, Construction Management, or related technical diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Experience in construction contract administration.
- Minimum two to five years working within a related sector or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management experience.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong communication skills including speaking, writing, and active listening skills.
- Strong time-management skills along with the ability to prioritize daily tasks, organizational skills, and effective decision-making abilities.
- Skills in general administrative functions, including accurate typing, filing, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Strong industry knowledge, adept to building and cultivating government to contractor/vendor relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven management and administrative experience.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Relationship management practices.
- Contribute to a positive work environment, conducting oneself in a professional and ethical manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Must undergo a Criminal Record Check.
