**Responsibilities**
- Support the administration of human capital activities including total rewards, learning and development, recruitment and performance management
- Set up interviews, conduct phone screens, complete reference checks and prepare job offers
- Utilize acquisition and social media platforms to build talent pool
- Administer onboarding logistics
- Maintain employee data records including manual files, payroll and HRIS updates
- Coordinate the facilitation of learning and development programs including on-site logistics, equipment, catering, registration and course materials
- Prepare, review and modify templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence
- Maintain accurate and timely filing of human resource correspondence, invoices, receipts and office records
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Assist with the coordination of event marketing and marketing campaigns
- Assist with the coordination of client prospect programs in conjunction with internal resources and marketing initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the regional management team as needed including maintaining schedules, calendars and meeting coordination
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- Enrolled in or graduated post-secondary education in Business Administration
- 6 months to 1 year office experience is considered an asset
- Organized and efficient self starter with the ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication
