**SUMMARY**
This is a full-time position that will perform a variety of general maintenance and repairs within the residential portfolio. Reporting to the Residential Maintenance Manager, this position will use a company vehicle to travel within the residential portfolio in London, Ontario. Our growing residential portfolio currently consists of 13 buildings, with over 1200 units.

- Applauz Employee Recognition and Rewards Opportunity to join a team of 9 consisting of a Residential Maintenance Manager, Residential Services Coordinator, Painter & Drywaller, Maintenance Labourers, and Maintenance Technicians.
**DUTIES**
- Repair and maintain occupied and vacant units
- Repair and maintain residential building systems (boilers, HVAC, generators, minor plumbing and electrical, life safety)
- Work collaboratively with the building management team to execute suite turnovers and make readys
- Assist with site mobilization and demobilization and clean up with respect to work orders and unit turnovers
- Operate hand and power tools as well as heavy equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation on weekends and evenings (approx. 1 week on call every 7 weeks)
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential setting
- Proficient with computer and smartphone
- Valid G driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Criminal background check required (paid by BlueStone)
- Courteous manners with the public
- Excellent time management
- Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
