Working in a high rise multi residential portfolio the Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders in a high quality, efficient and safe manner, while offering exceptional customer service. A proactive approach together with a team oriented can-do attitude is required to ensure a high level of customer and employee satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and complete maintenance work orders in an efficient, high quality manner
- Review and submit completed work orders / timesheets on a daily basis, identifying shop supplies and purchased supplies for corresponding work orders
- Respond to urgent calls as necessary
- Provide high quality customer service to residents
- Ensure a team approach is taken in working together with Building and Asst. Managers
- Provide feedback on any issues noticed within suites that requires attention/intervention
- When working in units, always check plumbing fixtures for proper function and operation
- Employ a high standard of care and safety with vehicles, equipment, tools, etc.

This position is a contract position and will also be assisting with the cleaning and installations of A\C units.**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
