**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented **Account Manager** to join our team as a **remote** employee in **Coquitlam, British Columbia**. As the Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with new and existing customers while working in a fast-paced environment. Your performance will be measured by your ability to build and maintain long standing relationships, achieve customer satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Account Manager your key responsibilities will include:

- Skillfully answer inbound sales calls and explain products, services and prices targeting the specific needs and interests of clients
- Utilize superior telephone sales skills to prospect for potential customers and build relationships with client accounts remotely using both warm and cold call lead sources
- Target and acquire new business by obtaining names and telephone numbers of potential customers from a variety of sources, including internet research and tradeshow attendance
- Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders to ensure constant client contact through all stages of the sales cycle
- Manage client concerns or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a client services or telemarketing role with a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales or Marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly organized and a dependable self-starter with excellent time management skills
