LMC Soins et Santé (LMC) est le plus important fournisseur de soins spécialisés en matiere de diabète, en endocrinologie et en métabolisme au Canada. Nous transformons les soins du diabète en les rendant plus que jamais, accessibles, complets et centrés sur le patient. LMC compte 13 centres d'excellence multidisciplinaires et 22 sites de recherche clinique situés dans quatre provinces (Ontario, Alberta, et Québec). Plus de 60 endocrinologues, dont plusieurs sont reconnus nationalement pour leurs domaines d'expertise, appuyés par une équipe interdisciplinaire d'administrateurs de cabinets médicaux hautement qualifiés, d'assistants médicaux, d'infirmières autorisées, de diététistes, d'adjoints au médecin, de pharmaciens, d'optométristes, d'opticiens, Podologues et de professionnels de la recherche clinique.

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un(e) **Secrétaire Médicale **à temps plein ainsi pour nos bureaux situés à **LMC Montréal VSL**.

**Les responsabilités**:

- Enregistrer les patients et faire le suivi au moment de leur départ
- Adhérer aux politiques administratives de LMC et notre promesse de soins
- Gestion des rendez-vous des patients et des horaires des médecins tel que décrit dans nos procédures d’utilisation normalisées
- Compléter les tâches quotidiennes, par exemple:

- Tâches et demandes des professionnels de la santé
- S’en occuper de tous les références externes aux autres spécialistes, l’imagerie et autres tests pour tous les professionnels de la santé
- Liaison avec les laboratoires médicales et bureaux de médecins pour gérer la documentation de nos patients
- Gestion des visites de nos patients à travers leurs parcours de soins, surtout à travers l’équipe multidisciplinaire de LMC : podiatrie, éducation en diabètes, optométrie, pharmacie et la recherche
- Répondre à toutes les demandes par courriels des patients
- Répondre au téléphone (multilignes), gestion et suivi des messages sur la boite vocale de réception
- Gestion du courrier entrant/sortant, les expéditions entrants/sortants (services de messagerie, etc.) et les faxes
- Accepter les paiements (carte de crédit, débit et comptant), au besoin
- Commande des fournitures de bureau et médicaux, au besoin
- Compléter des formulaires et lettres, au besoin
- Couverture pour autres administrateurs(ices), au besoin
- Autres demandes administratives quand demander
- Confirmer les rendez-vous par téléphone à chaque jour

**Prérequis**:

- ** Bilinguisme (anglais/français; oral/écrit)**:

- DEC en Administration ou équivalent ou expérience en secrétariat est considérée comme un atout
- Bonnes connaissances de la terminologie médicale
- L’entregent et aptitude de communication avec le défi d’aider les patients à accéder les services pour améliorer leur santé

Currently, our growing team is looking for a **Medical Secretary** who can work for us on a** **permanent full-time basis supporting our **LMC Montréal VSL **clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Checking in patients (reception/registration) and checking out patients (scheduling follow ups)
- Adhere to LMC’s Administrative Policy Manual and Care Promise
- Management of all patient appointments appropriately and providers schedules as per our SOP
- Completing all daily tasks such as
- Providers tasks and assignments
- Handle all external referrals to other specialists, diagnostic bookings and other tests for all providers.
- Liaising with medical laboratories/physician offices for appropriate patient documentation
- Co-ordinate patient visits along their care path, especially across LMC’s multidisciplinary services: Chiropody, DEP, Optometry, Pharmacy and Research
- Responding to all telephone inquires and retrieving and returning messages
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and shipments (site specific)
- Process patients accounts receivable and payable (credit card, debit, cheque & cash payments) when required
- Ordering office and medical supplies, when required
- Complete third-party forms & letters when required
- Coverage for other administrators as required
- Other administrative duties as assigned
