Customer Service for Parcel/Small Pacakge - Cambridge

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues regarding parcel tracking, delivery status, delays, and damages.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and company policies.
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, operations, and warehousing to address customer concerns effectively.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Investigate and rectify customer complaints related to orders, deliveries or product quality.
- Accurately and efficiently enter orders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions and resolutions.
- Generate reports on customer inquiries, trends, and satisfaction metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the formation of standard operating procedures for customer service operations.

**Requirements**:

- Dispatching or Prior Transportation Experience (minimum of 3 years)
- Geographical Experience (within Ontario)
- Experience with Calculating transit times (within Ontario)
- Good Negotiation and analytical skills, demonstrating good judgement
- Ability to prioritize workload, complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
- Strong Communication of English Language (read/write/verbal)
- Attention to detail when completing documentation and providing instructions
- Strong Customer service focus
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, and as a part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Reliable mode of transportation to our Cambridge Location
